Building on the foundation provided in the 2-day Contract and Procurement Fraud seminar, this workshop will provide you with an opportunity to apply your knowledge in an interactive setting. You will work through several practical exercises and case studies to finely hone your ability to prevent, detect and respond to contract and procurement fraud. From understanding the personality risk profiles of the typical procurement fraudster to reviewing a contract file to uncover potential fraud, this workshop provides a deep dive into the best practices of combatting threats in contract and procurement functions.
