Topic: Daubert Standards for Expert Witnesses

Bios:

Anthony L. Cochran is a partner at Chilivis, Cochran, Larkins & Bever LLP. Mr. Cochran has been a trial lawyer for nearly forty years and is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Cochran successfully represented one of the defendants in the seminal case of Joiner v. General Electric, a product liability civil action where the United States Supreme Court established the standard of review for Daubert rulings by trial courts. Mr. Cochran is a graduate of Northwestern University Law School.

 

Henry D. (“Hank”) Fellows, Jr., is a partner at Fellows LaBriola LLP. Mr. Fellows regularly represents businesses, corporations, partnerships and individuals in a wide variety of cases, including commercial contract disputes, fraud and RICO recovery, Georgia Trade Secrets Act cases, commercial arbitrations, computer fraud and theft, employment, and much more. Mr. Fellows is the current Chair of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Fellows is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center.

 

Tyler Wright is a senior manager at IAG Forensics and Valuation. Previously, Mr. Wright served as a forensic senior associate at KPMG and fraud supervisor at the Coca-Cola company. Mr. Wright frequently presents on forensic accounting, internal audit and fraud. Mr. Wright earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of Georgia.
